Strawberry Brochettes from All

Here is a lovely fruit to grill in the early summer when they are plump, juicy and full of flavour. 2 cups/500 ml firm whole strawberries 1 Wash and hull strawberries; dip while still moist into sugar. Thread onto 6 small metal or soaked wooden skewers. Place each skewer on double thickness of foil. Drizzle liqueur over fruit, seal edges of foil securely. 2 Preheat grill on high. Place packages on grill rack; close lid and cook (using Direct Grilling page 7) for about 4 minutes or until fruit is warm. Remove from grill and serve in packages. Pass a bowl of sweetened whipped cream. Makes 6 servings.
