2 cups shapely morsels of fresh or frozen scallops or 1 small jar minced pimiento
Cover scallops and marinate about 2 hours. Drain. Add rest of ingredients, mix well, and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve in bowl on crushed ice with drinks or as a first course. Very good in hot weather. |
